Who we are

DomainStore.si is an online store for registering .si domain names, operated by Realtime Comms Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”), which also operates DomainExchange.si. You can contact us at domains@domainexchange.si. These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us.

What we sell

We sell registrations and renewals of .si domain names. We are a reseller of an accredited .si registrar, and domains are registered with the .si registry (Register.si, operated by ARNES). A domain registration is a right to use a name for the period you pay for; it is subject to the registry’s rules, including its general terms and dispute policy, which you accept when you register a .si domain.

Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
• You pay in full at checkout. We do not take delayed or later payments for an order.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Where Stripe acts as merchant of record for your purchase, Stripe processes the payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, and Stripe’s buyer terms also apply.
• Once payment succeeds, the domain is registered automatically through our registrar’s systems, usually within minutes.

Availability and failed registrations

A domain shown as available may be registered by someone else before your order completes. If we cannot register a domain you have paid for, we cancel that item and refund it in full to your original payment method.

Renewals

Registrations last for the period you choose. You can renew before the expiry date at our then-current price, which we show before you pay. We do not charge your card for a renewal unless you have chosen to renew or have switched on automatic renewal. If a domain is not renewed, it expires and may become available to others under the registry’s rules.

Refunds and cancellation

Because a domain is registered for you immediately and cannot be returned to the registry, completed registrations and renewals are non-refundable, except where a registration fails (see above) or where the law requires otherwise. Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel within a set period, you agree at checkout that we start registration immediately, and you acknowledge that this ends the right to cancel once the domain has been registered. This does not affect your other legal rights.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate registrant details and keep them up to date, as the registry requires.
• Do not register or use a domain that infringes anyone else’s rights, including trademarks.
• Do not use a domain for illegal activity, phishing, malware, spam or fraud. We may suspend or cancel domains used in this way, and cooperate with the registry and authorities.

Selling your domain

You may choose to list a domain you hold for sale on our sister marketplace, DomainExchange.si. Sales there are separate from purchases on this store and are governed by DomainExchange.si’s own terms.

Liability

We provide registration through our registrar and the .si registry and are not responsible for their systems being unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
